Can we dye the extensions?
Our hair extensions are 100% human hair, which have gone through their own dyeing process. If you wish to dye your hair, we suggest that you deal with a professional. Please note that dyeing the extensions can shorten their lifespan if it is not done properly. We recommend that you avoid all forms of discoloration. Please keep in mind that dyeing the extensions is at your discretion and is not without risk.
Can I use hot tools?
Yes, you can! However, we recommend that you use a quality thermal protector.
Can I wash my hair extensions?
Absolutely! However, try to avoid shampoos with sulfate. We recommend our CD Extensions collection of hair products, since they have been specifically designed for this purpose.
How often should I wash my extensions?
It is recommended to wash your hair extensions only if necessary. As they are not attached to your scalp, they do not receive the natural oils of your hair. Therefore, you do not need to wash them as often.
What is the lifespan of my extensions?
The lifespan of our extensions is between 3 and 12 months, depending on how they are used and how they are handled.

Who's in charge of the delivery?
We use the services of Canada Post and Purolator. Please note that all our packages require a signature upon delivery.
How can I track my package?
A confirmation email will be sent to you with a tracking number that will allow you to follow the progress of your package.
How can I pay for my order?
It is possible to pay with the paypal system when finalizing the order. If you don’t have a paypal account, it is possible, when you are in the paypal screen at the end of the order, to click on “use a credit card” at the bottom of this small window.
My extensions are the wrong color and I haven't opened the package, how can I exchange it?
If you wish to return your extensions for an exchange, you can do so within 15 days, only if the security seal has not been opened or damaged. CD Extensions reserves the right to check this prior to the exchange. Please contact us before sending your return for more details and information on the process.
How do I return my extensions for an exchange?
You must contact us within 15 days by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or via our Facebook page (CD Extensions), in order for your return to be accepted. Following this, the details will be communicated to you by email or in response to your Facebook message.
Do I have to pay the return shipping costs for my exchange?
Yes, the return costs are at the customer’s expense.

Considering the origin of our products, please note that we do not accept any return or refund on goods, products and services sold or received directly at the hairdressing salon, or even through our online store.

Does CD Extensions accept refunds?
Unfortunately, we only accept exchanges if something goes wrong with your purchase.
